Software Product Owner – Expert
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Software Product Owner to join our team as an Expert Consultant. In this role, you will serve as the technical manager of an embedded software product, leading activities to ensure both feature delivery and quality assurance. The Software Product Owner will play a critical role in safeguarding the Embedded Software product platform, prioritizing software implementation, defining technical roadmaps, and governing product branch plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead activities to safeguard the Embedded Software product platform, including prioritization of software implementation and governance of product branch plans.
Support activities for the larger software product scope, including planning of software implementation, participation in prioritization, and contribution to technical roadmaps.
Act as an experienced project lead and coach, mentor, and educator to others within the organization.
Serve as a subject matter expert and a go-to person for complex discipline-related issues.
Cultivate a strong T-shaped profile, focusing on either building deeper discipline excellence or developing a mature generalist toolbox.
Contribute to project roadmaps and strategies within the context of industry trends.
Articulate value creation by aligning work with the organization’s strategy.
Basic Qualifications:
10 years or more of relevant experience in Embedded Software Production or related fields.
Experience as a project lead and a demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and educate others.
Strong technical expertise in Embedded Software Engineering.
Proven track record of contributing to project roadmaps and strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
