AlphaNex Solutions AB Terms and Conditions

Both AlphaNex Solutions AB and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the consulting engagement. This includes but is not limited to business strategies, financial information, and trade secrets.

5. Intellectual Property

Any intellectual property created or developed during the consulting engagement will be owned by AlphaNex Solutions AB unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The client will have a license to use any deliverables for the purpose outlined in the agreement.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the consulting engagement by providing written notice to the other party. Termination terms, including any applicable fees or refunds, will be outlined in the agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

AlphaNex Solutions AB will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the services.

8. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Swedish law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or litigation as deemed appropriate.

9. Changes to Terms

AlphaNex Solutions AB reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
